Returns and Refunds

I have a 7 day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging along with the receipt. As these artworks are often quite large, shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be processed once I have received the returned piece in a condition in which it can be resold.

To start the return process contact me at studio@shelleywales.ca. If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

I do not accept returns on sale items or art cards.

Damage

Please inspect your order when it is delivered and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please photograph the item and its packaging. Then, email me at studio@shelleywales.ca with the images attached and a description of what is wrong.

Refunds

I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded through PayPal. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
