More Information

The Nature of Charcoal

Charcoal is very messy and extremely fun to work with. These guys are a great example of this and have plenty of studio character. Being studies and living on my studio wall for the duration of a series birth there are the occasional edits, smudges, and fingerprints that are all an active part of my energetic creative process.

Handle with Care

Even though these have been sprayed with fixative once selected for the shop to help protect the integrity of the medium and marks, these guys are delicate and require careful handling. That being said they are shipped and stored inside protective sleeves with a clean piece of blank paper over top of them to keep them safe until they reach their new homes and are ready to be framed.

Framing Suggestions

The drawing is sold unframed.

If your unsure how to frame it please reach out and I would be happy to offer my suggestions for the piece and your space.

If you like the frames that I exhibit my pieces in they can be ordered through Opus Framing. I use their Cypress Frame in natural for my larger pieces and their Granville frame in natural for my minis.
